Over the last 6 years, the quest for fast-food glory has brought us to busy city streets, prestigious colleges, and even an abandoned gas station.

But this Friday, the perilous road to burger greatness will bring us to a beautiful, new, foreign land – the suburbs.

Oh yes, in just 4 days (barring any major explosions, self-mutilations, and irate inspectors), our 5th baby will be born in Dedham.

Yes, on Friday, this beautiful, little baby will be unleashed upon the Earth. And that means on Friday, September 25th, we'll officially be grinding steak in the suburbs southwest of Boston.

And when she is, there's nobody we'd rather celebrate with than you – our family.

So, Thursday night, we're inviting our kinfolk over for a pre-opening, all-you-can-eat party at Legacy Place. That way, we can make sure you're the first to see our new baby and the first to taste the burgers we grill there. (Don't worry, we'll send you a little invitation to remind you on Thursday morning.)

And for one lucky family member, Thursday night's free burger will only be the appetizer in a beautiful, gluttonous, new life. (Yes, like we always do when we open a new b.good, we're giving away free burgers for life&hellp;. yes, one burger a day in Dedham for as long as you shall walk the Earth.)

No copies or forwards. Violators aren't just subject to paying for two burgers, they're subject to Hunter, our crusty, 5-year veteran of the cash register. Hunter hasn't just worked hundreds of shifts in that half-decade. He's worked many of them just minutes after being woken up by us screaming into the phone at him. Those mornings, "Hung-Over" Hunter takes cabs to work. And while taxi fares from Mission Hill to Dartmouth Street make him some kind of weird, not-for-profit volunteer, it's never stopped Hunter (or made him change his fast-living, fast-food-working lifestyle). It's that kind of stupid commitment to b.good that will drive him to dominate any of the freeloaders who try to take advantage of the love we have for family.
